Located on the ground floor of the hotel and accommodating up to 40 delegates, the five new Executive Boardrooms are flooded with natural daylight, air conditioning and complimentary high-speed WiFi. Suitable as conference break out rooms or intimate meeting spaces, these stylish and modern boardrooms can be arranged in several layouts to accommodate smaller meetings.
Our Library & Clancy Boardrooms now offer cutting-edge wireless video conferencing, ideal for hybrid meetings, ensuring a seamless cable-free experience. Rest assured that our video conferencing system is compatible with any laptop supporting a 4K Auto Framing Camera, a wide 120-degree viewing angle, and Acoustic Clarity Technology microphones.
Inspiration for the meeting rooms’ interior design was drawn from the River Shannon, which breathes life into Limerick city. The shapes used in the carpet design mimic the rippling waters of the River. The neutral colour palette and forms used in the artwork creates a tranquil ambiance for the rooms. The meeting rooms’ design connects with nature, providing clients with space to breathe and compose their thoughts during their intense hours of work and conference calls.
